I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in gut health, eating concerns and mental health.
I support people who want to feel more confident around food and improve their eating in a way that feels sustainable.

Nutrition can become complicated very quickly. You may have spent years trying different diets, avoiding foods because of gut symptoms, worrying about whether you're eating well enough, or feeling overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice.
For many people, trying to improve their health can lead to more food rules, less variety and more anxiety around eating.
I won’t give you a list of foods you should and shouldn’t eat. Instead, we’ll work together to understand what is going on, identify what is likely to make a difference, and find strategies that fit.
I’ll support you to understand your individual needs and work towards gradual changes that improve both your health and your relationship with food.

Alongside seeing clients, I work at Deakin University in an area of research looking at the relationship between nutrition and mental health.
My research role keeps me connected to current nutrition evidence and how it can be applied in practice.
