For many people, years of restrictive eating plans can make them anxious and exhausted about eating. As a "non-diet" dietitian, I am passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food so they can enjoy the foods they love and at the same time achieve better health.
Alongside seeing my clients, I also work as a research fellow in the area of nutritional psychiatry, which investigates the link between diet and mental health.
